Do you have an electric bike that needs to be repaired but there is no local expertise?

For a small diagnosis fee (€20 for most ebikes) we will examine your bike, diagnose the problem & repair at the work shop hourly rate of €25/hour + parts.

You can order a collection here and we will contact you if you have no way of getting the bike to us, our courier will charge €50 each way.

Please note the following:

1. Simple repairs requiring no parts will be undertaken within the diagnosis fee but other costs may apply and if they do we will notify you before commencing with the repair.
2. You will have to hand over your bike if you need transport. We offer this service without any liability on our part for transit damage to your bike.
3. The offer above includes electric bikes that look like mopeds or scooters although these bikes generally contain few standard UK or EU bicycle components and have lots of plastic easily damaged in transit with replacement panels rarely available but we will do our best.
